Jason Maksimow

Jason completed his B.A. in psychology at the University of Winnipeg before heading to Vancouver Island to pursue his law degree at the University of Victoria.    Upon graduating with his LL.B.  Jason began a journey away from the law that ended when he joined The Calgary Legal Team as a student in January of 2023. Jason is originally from Winnipeg, MB,

During the time away from the law Jason has spent further time studying in the classroom, as well as in front of the classroom as a teacher. In Addition, Jason was a stay-at-home dad to his two amazing young children.

Jason is happy to have joined the professionals at The Calgary Legal Team and is eager work with and learn from his colleagues to develop his legal skills to serve the needs of the firm’s clients.

Away from the office you can find him either at the Calgary Winter Club or off on weekend adventures with his wife, two young children and French Bulldog Noodles.
