I am a lawyer with 13 years experience in corporate law and commercial litigation. I started my career at
Bennett Jones LLP as an articling student, and afterwards with a small firm where I expanded my
litigation skills. After working in house for 8 years, I was excited to return to private practice.
I have extensive experience in corporate law including commercial procurement (RFP law), contract
review, drafting and negotiation. Other areas of corporate expertise include vendor/supplier contracts,
RFP law, partnership agreements, unanimous shareholder agreements, and other corporate secretary
documents.
My legal skills combined with my business strategic knowledge has contributed to my ability to assist
clients with focusing on goals that help them realize their vision.
